Share Certificates We offer flexible terms and competitive dividends on our Share Certificates. The minimum deposit is $1000. Terms range from 6 months to 60 months. Dividends are paid monthly and can be withdrawn or added to the certificate. 

Insured Money Market Account
This account allows you to earn a high return on your investment savings yet retain the liquidity you need. Transfers and withdrawals are limited. Dividend rates are tiered by account balance and are paid monthly.

First Mates Club
The First Mates Club is a savings incentive program designed for children age 11 and under. Several times per year, club members receive The First Mates' Log, a newsletter designed just for them. Club members are invited to participate in several fun-filled "First Mates Only" events during the year. Your children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews as well as extended family members are invited to join.

BAYZ, Bay Area Youth Zone
Bay Area Youth Zone is a financial awareness program designed for today's teens ages 12 through 17. Several times per year, club members receive The Sound, the BAYZ-only newsletter. Club members are also invited to enter BAYZ-only drawings with an opportunity to win gift certificates to teen-friendly businesses. Membership is open to children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and the extended family of current Bay Area Credit Union members.

Business Savings Account
This account is ideal for the small business. Corporations, partnerships and sole proprietorships will find this account flexible and affordable. Dividends are paid quarterly. A Business Checking Account is also available.

Community Savings Account
This account is designed for non-profit community groups and organizations. The account provides a no-cost option for handling the group's finances. Dividends are paid quarterly. A Community Checking Account is also available.

Holiday Club Account
A Bay Area Holiday Club Account can be started anytime during the year. By making affordable deposits throughout the year, you'll be ready for the holidays. Dividends are paid annually (first business day of October) on the average daily balance.
