AFTER 30 YEARS, BAY AREA CREDIT UNION SAYS GOODBYE TO WARM HEART*WARM HANDS

Bay Area Credit Union would like to share that WARM HEART * WARM HANDS, the mitten and hat collection program will officially come to an end on December 31, 2025. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we’ve been able to provide warmth and comfort to many individuals over the past 3 decades.

This initiative has run its course, and while we will no longer be collecting these items after December 31, 2025, we remain deeply grateful for the kindness and support shown throughout the program.

Your contributions have made a meaningful difference, and we encourage you to continue supporting charitable efforts in ways that inspire you.

In the meantime, visit the credit union through the end of the year and donate NEW mittens, gloves, hats, scarves and socks, which will be displayed on the credit union’s Mitten & Sock Tree.

Donations can be dropped from Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm and Saturday 9am to noon. The office is located at 4202 Navarre Ave., directly across from Pearson Park.
