End-User License Agreement (EULA)
Bay Area Credit Union will be implementing an updated online banking end-user license agreement (EULA) system, which will require all members to re-accept the agreement in order to log into online banking.
The first time you log into online banking on or after April 29th, you will be prompted to re-accept the user agreement as result of enhancements to our system. Please note the content of the agreement has not changed since you last accepted it. This update may also affect some members that have devices that are no longer compatible with the changes. We expect this to affect very few of our members but want to make sure you are informed of the changes. You may still use mobile web and desktop online banking if your device is no longer mobile app compatible.
